Germaine Sandford

I am one of the first fundamental role models in Alice’s earliest career. I showed her how to be bold amongst tragedy and advocate for our patients without a voice. I have held leadership, education and bedside roles since then in ICU and aeromedical retrieval. I have taught resuscitation in the community and hospital.

I enjoy coming alongside health professionals to help them be the best they can be.
