Gareth Pratt

I am a Registered Nurse and experienced paramedic with more than 20 years of healthcare experience, including service with the New Zealand Defence Force. My background encompasses emergency medicine, trauma management, remote and austere healthcare, and the training and mentoring of medical personnel.

Now working in primary care in Christchurch, I combine my extensive operational experience with a strong commitment to clinical education and professional development.

I am passionate about creating a supportive learning environment where participants can develop their skills, consolidate their knowledge and gain the confidence to act when it matters most. My goal is to ensure every learner leaves better prepared.
